Submit a Request 

1. From Launchpad homepage, click Browse Request Catalog (you can also type the name of the service in the upper right search field). 

2. From the Service Catalog, select the department you are requesting services from>>>select the type of service you are requesting>>>click Request Service.  

• You can also Add to Favorites for quick access to this service from your My Favorites list.

3. Complete all mandatory fields with the red asterisk ( * ) and add other details and attachments as needed. Click Submit.
