Viewing Your Requests

  1. From Launchpad homepage, click View My Requests.

  1. Enter one or more request identifiers: request name, request ID, request status (status class) and click Search.

  • The message at the bottom of the screen confirms Launchpad is showing ticket requests you have created or which mark you as a contact or the requestor.
